The method comprises the following steps: firstly, determining measurement parameters of a frequency spectrum measurement device, measuring a periodic pulse signal for generating a radiation field by adopting root mean square value detection, and reading a power reading at a measurement frequency; then representing a power measurement result and periodic pulse signal power under root-mean-square value detection to obtain a field intensity correction coefficient under root-mean-square value detection; and finally, according to the power reading at the measurement frequency and the field intensity correction coefficient under root-mean-square value detection, obtaining the field intensity of the periodic pulse radiation field.
