Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a thermal fatigue test method for a catalyst for a vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a catalyst for test and arranging a thermocouple; then the catalyst is assembled to a test bench, and the total duration t of a high-temperature section of the bench is determined through the temperature of a whole vehicle SRC cycle test and the designed service life of the catalyst; determining the highest exhaust temperature T1 after the vortex, the exhaust temperature T2 after the idling vortex, and the high and low temperature maintaining time t1 and t2 through the previous bench test experience; determining a bench test cycle number N according to the total duration t of the high-temperature section and the high-temperature maintaining time t1; and finally, completing N test cycles according to cycle working conditions. If the data deviation in the test process is too large, determining that the test fails, and if the data in the test process and the structural
