Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a chemical milling solution and method for a GH3536 alloy material. Each liter of the milling solution comprises, by mass, 40-80 g of hydrochloric acid, 100-140 g of nitric acid, 420-480 g of ferric trichloride, 20-40 g of charcoal and 160-200 g of hydrofluoric acid. The method comprises the following steps: S1, pretreating a to-be-treated GH3536 alloy; s2, putting the pretreated GH3536 alloy into a chemical milling solution, and heating the GH3536 alloy to 50-70 DEG C; s3, calculating chemical milling time according to the size of the GH3536 alloy; and S4, chemical milling is conducted on the GH3536 alloy according to the milling time obtained through calculation in the S3, and then the chemical milling process is completed after aftertreatment is conducted.
