And after smelting is completed, cooling, separating and post-processing are conducted, and preparation of the silicon-manganese alloy is completed. The heat in the smelting process comes from the heat generated by igniting the initiator, and electric power is not used as energy, so that the electric power cost in the production process is greatly reduced; meanwhile, an electric furnace which is large in size and complex in structure is not used as a reaction container, and production equipment and site investment are reduced.
