Clean fuel and preparation method thereof

The clean fuel is prepared from the following raw materials: a biodiesel base component, a cosolvent, a dispersing agent, a modifier, methanol and petrochemical diesel oil, the biodiesel base component is obtained by reacting palm oil and methanol under the action of a catalyst; the catalyst comprises potassium hydroxide and cerium nitrate. In the process of preparing the biodiesel base component, the reaction temperature is increased, the reaction time is delayed, and potassium hydroxide and cerous nitrate are adopted as catalysts, so that multiple complex reactions are carried out while transesterification is carried out, the obtained product contains multiple oxygen-containing polar compounds, dispersion of methanol in the product is promoted, and the stability of the biodiesel base component is improved. And the emulsion which is relatively fine in dispersion and re
