Asymmetric porous hydrogel with deformation resistance, adhesion resistance and healing promotion performance and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to an asymmetric porous hydrogel with deformation resistance, adhesion resistance and healing promotion performance and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that polyvinyl alcohol is dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide, and then solvent exchange is conducted in deionized water; and freeze-drying the obtained polyvinyl alcohol solvent exchange gel, and hydrating again to obtain the asymmetric porous hydrogel. The asymmetric porous hydrogel prepared on the basis of a solvent exchange method has unique anti-swelling property and high mechanical property, and can realize long-acting tension-free repair in vivo. More importantly, the upper surface and the lower surface of the prepared asymmetric porous hydrogel have completely opposite cell adhesion behaviors, the loose porous upper surface similar to an extracellular matrix can promote adhesion and proliferation of fibroblasts, and on the contrary, the compact lower surface almost has no cell adhesion; therefor
