A reaction kettle container is used for implementing a liquid phase coprecipitation method, ultrahigh-concentration cobalt liquid and alkali liquid are utilized, a controlled crystallization method is realized at a high temperature under the conditions of high stirring, high critical range pH, high nitrogen shielding gas flow and high solid content, lithium cobalt oxide crystals are subsequently sintered by doping boron ions and aluminum ions to serve as an additive, an aluminum boride compound is generated, and the lithium cobalt oxide is prepared. At the moment, the crystal nucleus growth speed is higher than the particle growth speed, so that the boron and aluminum doped cobalt hydroxide nanosheet which is good in dispersity, high in specific surface area and compaction, convenient to industrialize and very good in application potential is obtained.
