The hybrid power control system comprises a compressor, an engine, a motor, a frequency converter, a charging module, a photovoltaic power generation panel, a photovoltaic control assembly, an energy storage battery, a battery control system, a refrigerator control system, a charger and a storage battery. The engine and the motor can be switched to drive the compressor to operate; a frequency converter is arranged on the input side of the motor and driven by a battery or mains supply, and the standby power module is used for detecting whether the mains supply or the battery exists. The mains supply is connected with the energy storage battery through the charging module; the storage battery is connected with the refrigerator control system and supplies power to electric control components connected with the refrigerator.
