Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a modified atmosphere composite packaging film for fresh keeping of fresh bamboo fungus and a preparation method of the modified atmosphere composite packaging film. The modified atmosphere composite packaging film comprises a first surface layer, a second surface layer and a third surface layer, the second surface layer is composed of polyethylene and an antibacterial agent; the middle layer is composed of a high-barrier polymer; wherein the thickness ratio of the first surface layer to the middle layer to the second surface layer is 1: 1-3: 1. The first surface layer composite ethylene elimination agent is formed by compounding a physical adsorbent and a chemical catalyst, and the proportion of the physical adsorbent and the chemical catalyst is optimized, so that the optimal fresh-keeping effect is achieved; meanwhile, the performance of the modified atmosphere composite packaging film is regulated and controlled according to the optimal thickness proportion of the three layers, and
