Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of perovskite solar cells, in particular to an assembling method for applying non-noble metal CuTe nanocrystalline with a wide surface plasma resonance absorption peak to a perovskite solar cell. Compared with a commercial silicon solar cell, an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite material has a narrow optical band gap, the spectral response range is in a range of 300-780 nm, and most sunlight in a near-infrared region is not effectively utilized, so that the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite material is low. The invention designs an assembling method for broadening the spectral response range of an organic-inorganic hybrid (CH3NH3PbI3) perovskite solar cell by using a non-noble metal CuTe nanocrystal so as to improve the light current and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the perovskite solar cell.
