The invention provides a remote sensing data on-satellite processing system and equipment based on model definition, and the processing system comprises a basic resource layer which is configured to store at least two kinds of bottom operator modules required for realizing on-satellite processing tasks; the core function layer is configured to store at least two kinds of processing cores required for realizing on-satellite processing tasks; wherein the processing core is realized by the combination of at least one underlying operator module by calling the underlying operator module in the basic resource layer; therefore, when the on-satellite processing task is realized based on the system, the task instruction is configured on the application expression layer according to the application requirement of the on-satellite processing task, and the corresponding processing core can be called from the core function layer through the task instruction to generate the corresponding on-satellite processing task, so th
