Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses application of a novel SRSF1 shearing factor small-molecule inhibitor Okanin and a pharmaceutical composition of the novel SRSF1 shearing factor small-molecule inhibitor Okanin, the pharmaceutical composition comprises active ingredients, and the active ingredients comprise the SRSF1 shearing factor small-molecule inhibitor Okanin and an immune checkpoint inhibitor alphaPD-1; the direct action target of the Okanin is the RNA binding core region of the SRSF1 protein, and the SRSF1 is prevented from playing a downstream glycolysis promoting function, so that the tumor cell proliferation is inhibited. Meanwhile, Okanin can act on CD8 + T cells, and the effector function of the CD8 + T cells is enhanced, so that the tumor cell killing activity of the Okanin is improved.
