Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for rapidly treating a wax cover on the leaf epidermis of a wax leaf specimen. The method comprises the following steps: slicing a premna microphylla specimen, soaking the premna microphylla specimen in trichloromethane, then replacing with new trichloromethane, heating at constant temperature, then replacing with an ethanol water solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, and repeating the steps for a plurality of times to obtain a pre-treated scanning electron microscope sample. Due to the fact that the blooming period of the bambusae plants is long, most plants which can be observed and collected in the field are vegetative bodies, and the classification characters of the bambusae plants are mainly vegetative organs. The characters such as pores, mastoid processes and fur in the bamboo leaf epidermis have important classification value.
