The detection device is formed by combining a handle and a detection head, and the detection box capable of elastically moving and the elastic gasket capable of elastically moving are used for jointly constructing a sample detection position capable of elastically opening and closing in structural design, so that cylindrical sugarcane samples with different sizes can be conveniently clamped for detection; and moreover, not only can the harvested sugarcane be detected, but also the unharvested sugarcane can be directly detected on site.
