Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a metal ductile fracture strain calculation method and system, and the method comprises the steps: decomposing a stress vector in a stress space, and obtaining a stress parameter; calibrating the initial calculation parameters based on the metal material to be measured to obtain calibrated calculation parameters; obtaining a Rode angle based on the stress parameter, and obtaining a Rode angle parameter based on the Rode angle; converting the stress space into a stress-strain space, and obtaining equivalent plastic strain based on the stress-strain space; obtaining a stress triaxial degree based on the equivalent plastic strain and the calibrated calculation parameters; and inputting the stress triaxial degree, the calibrated calculation parameter and the Rode angle parameter into a calculation model to obtain the fracture strain. The method is wide in application range and high in prediction precision.
