Zusammenfassung:A nondestructive detection method for wire crimping of a strain clamp comprises the following steps: taking the strain clamp with qualified crimping quality as a reference sample, and measuring the average size of each layer of aluminum wire in the strain clamp and the thickness of an aluminum pipe after crimping; selecting a crimping plane, and detecting the crimped strain clamp to obtain a phased array ultrasonic A-scan oscillogram; setting a threshold value as a% of the maximum echo amplitude value, and recording an echo rising point greater than the threshold value and an end point of the last echo; and calculating the length of each layer of aluminum wire through the obtained echo rising point and ending point, comparing the calculated length of each layer of aluminum wire with the average size of each layer of aluminum wire of the reference sample, and if the size allows errors, determining that the aluminum wire is qualified.
