The chemical cleaning device comprises a water supply module and a filtering circulation module, the water supply module comprises a main water tank, a demineralized water branch and at least one raw material supply branch; the main water tank is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, and the demineralized water branch and the raw material supply branch are respectively connected to the water inlet; the filtering circulation module comprises at least one circulation branch, a cleaning inlet is formed in the heat exchanger, and the circulation branch is connected with the water outlet and the cleaning inlet so that liquid in the main water tank can inject water into the heat exchanger for cleaning.
