Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an LAMP (loop-mediated isothermal amplification) detection primer group for honey pomelo black spot pathogen intercropping conchosphaeria, a detection method and application of the LAMP detection primer group. The LAMP primer group for detecting honey pomelo black spot pathogen intercropping conchosphaeria is composed of a pair of outer side primers F3/B3 and a pair of inner side primers FIP/BIP. The invention also provides an LAMP detection method for honey pomelo black spot pathogen intercropping conchosphaeria by using the primer. The LAMP detection method comprises the following specific steps: 1) extracting DNA of a sample to be detected; 2) establishment of an LAMP reaction system; and 3) result detection.
