Zusammenfassung: | According to the preparation process, a compound as shown in a formula 2 is taken as a starting material, and a target product is synthesized through six steps of reactions including N-alkylation, carbonylation, amine protection, oximation, cyclization, deprotection, salification and the like. Compared with the prior art, the synthetic route and the preparation process have the advantages of being short in step, mild in condition and easy to operate, the reaction process is shortened, the production cycle and the production cost of a single batch are reduced, and the method can be suitable for the operability of industrial mass production. The synthetic route and the preparation process are brand new and are not reported in literatures.
本发明提出一种乌帕利斯对甲苯磺酸盐的制备工艺,其以式2所示化合物为起始物料,经N-烷基化,羰基化、胺保护、肟化、环合、脱保护及成盐等共6步反应合成得到目标产物。相对于现有技术,本发明所述的合成路线和制备工艺,具有步骤短,条件温和,易操作的优势,其缩短了反应历程,降低单批次的生产周期和生产成本,可适用于工业化大生产的操作性。本发明所述的合成路线及制备工艺为全新的、未见文献报道。 |
