Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of an arylated aza-uracil compound under the catalytic action of visible light. A series of arylated aza-uracil compounds are synthesized by taking the aza-uracil compounds and the aryl hexoxide salt as raw materials under the condition of no photocatalyst, and the method has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, simplicity and convenience in operation, no photosensitizer, wide substrate application range and the like. According to the method, effective connection between drug molecules and azuridine can be successfully realized, and preliminary tests show that part of compounds have certain antitumor activity.
本发明公开了一种可见光催化作用下芳基化氮杂尿嘧啶类化合物的制备方法。本发明以氮杂尿嘧啶类化合物和芳基噻嗯盐为原料,在无光催化剂条件下,合成了系列芳基化氮杂尿嘧啶类化合物,具有反应条件温和、操作简便、无光敏剂、底物适用范围广等优点。通过该方法,可以成功实现药物分子与氮杂尿嘧啶核苷的有效连接,并且初步测试表明部分化合物具有一定的抗肿瘤活性。 |
