The method comprises the steps that the standard length of the continuous casting billet is obtained; determining the upper and lower limits of the rolled piece length corresponding to the target runner according to the standard length of the continuous casting billet; the actual length of the continuous casting billet of the target runner is obtained, and the corrected length of the continuous casting billet of the target runner is determined according to the size relation between the upper limit and the lower limit of the length of the rolled piece and the actual length of the continuous casting billet; and correcting the actual length of the continuous casting billet according to the correction length of the continuous casting billet.
