Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses nitrogen-doped iron carbide/carbon nano enzyme as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of analytical chemistry. According to the technical scheme, m-phenylenediamine and ferric salt are dispersed into a solvent and stirred, iron-doped poly (m-phenylenediamine) is obtained, then the iron-doped poly (m-phenylenediamine) is calcined in an inert atmosphere, and nitrogen-doped iron carbide/carbon nano-enzyme is obtained. The synthesis method is simple, efficient and convenient for large-scale production; and the synthesized nano enzyme has high activity, low detection limit on L-cysteine, and extremely high application value.
