Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses application of a compound with a structure as shown in a formula II in preparation of drugs or reagents for inhibiting or killing drug-resistant or non-drug-resistant bacteria and fungi, and R =-CH2OH and-CHO. The invention also discloses application of linalool in preparation of drugs or reagents for inhibiting or killing drug-resistant or non-drug-resistant bacteria and fungi. The linalool, the perillyl alcohol and the perillaldehyde have antibacterial activity on fungi, various gram-negative drug-resistant bacteria and gram-positive bacteria, and are expected to be developed into novel drugs which are clinically antibacterial, especially resistant to the drug-resistant bacteria. 本发明公开了结构如式Ⅱ所述的化合物在制备抑制或杀灭耐药或不耐药细菌、真菌药物或试剂的用途,其中,R=-CH2OH、-CHO。本发明还公开了芳樟醇在制备抑制或杀灭耐药或不耐药细菌、真菌药物或试剂中的用途。芳樟醇、紫苏醇和紫苏醛对真菌、多种革兰氏阴性菌耐药菌和革兰氏阳性菌具有抗菌活性,有望开发成为临床上抗菌、特别是抗耐药菌的新型药物。
