Acquiring a compensation coefficient and a plurality of active material coefficients based on the material of the positive electrode plate; based on the compensation coefficient and the plurality of active material coefficients, determining an opening size parameter value and a unit spacing value which meet a first preset condition; determining a depth value meeting a second preset condition based on the unit spacing and the opening size parameter value; and based on the opening size parameter value, the unit spacing and the depth value, etching the surface of the positive electrode plate in a precise micro-nano mode to obtain the three-dimensional electrode with the three-dimensional structure. According to the method, the electrode oxidation-reduction reaction process is optimized by precisely planni
