Zusammenfassung:The invention provides aluminum paste special for a double-sided back passivation crystalline silicon solar cell and a preparation method of the aluminum paste, and the aluminum paste comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 65-75% of aluminum powder, 0-5% of aluminum-silicon alloy powder, 0-5% of aluminum-boron alloy powder, 15-25% of an organic carrier, 1-5% of glass powder and 0-3% of an additive. The glass powder is prepared from the following components: 15 to 35 percent of V2O5, 30 to 50 percent of BaO, 10 to 30 percent of B2O3, 0 to 15 percent of SiO2, 0 to 15 percent of ZnO, 0 to 15 percent of Al2O3, 0 to 10 percent of PbO, 0 to 10 percent of Bi2O3 and 0 to 10 percent of Sb2O3.
