The pollutant transportation prediction method is realized through the following steps: step 1, system initialization: initializing parameter information; 2, particles are generated, wherein fluid particles, inflow particles and outflow particles are generated; step 3, listing a discrete format of a control equation and a boundary condition applying mode, and performing iterative calculation: discretely describing the control equation of pollutant transportation by using an SPH method, and starting the iterative calculation from 0 moment based on an initial parameter condition; and 4, outputting a result, wherein the result comprises positions, speeds and concentrations of all types of particles at the final moment.
