The method comprises the following steps: obtaining first coke heat intensity of different types of coal based on an experimental method; obtaining second coke heat intensities of different types of coal based on a coke heat intensity prediction model; obtaining a correction value of the coal forming period according to the first coke heat intensity and the second coke heat intensity; correcting a caking index in the coke heat intensity prediction model by adopting the correction value of the coal forming period to obtain a coke heat intensity prediction model after the caking index is corrected; and predicting the coke heat intensity in the coal forming period by adopting the coke heat intensity prediction model after the caking index correction.
