A carrier gas 1 respectively passes through a first pressure regulating valve 2 and a second pressure regulating valve 3 to respectively obtain two paths of carrier gases with different pressure outputs, after the carrier gas output by the second pressure regulating valve 3 passes through a first switching valve 4, one path of the carrier gas reaches a port 10-3 of a second switching valve 10, the other path of the carrier gas is connected with one end of a switching valve 26 through a two-way connector 27, and the other end of a sixth switching valve is connected with the upper end of a three-way pin.
