The kit disclosed by the invention has the advantages that tRF-18-79MP9P04, tRF-30-87R8WP9N1EWJ, tRF-21-V2989UV3B and tRF-33-P4R8YP9LON4VDP are combined to be used as markers for auxiliary diagnosis of the early gastric cancer, and absolute quantitative detection of target molecules and screening and identification of the early gastric cancer can be accurately completed.
