Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a large-scale continuous culture method of mixed microalgae in a salt lake. The culture process needs the steps of algae species selection of dominant mixed microalgae in the Yuncheng salt lake, screening and filtering of saturated brine and reclaimed water, first-stage expanding culture, second-stage expanding culture and large-scale culture of the Yuncheng salt lake. The mixed microalgae are chlorella and dunaliella salina, and the algae are obtained from the Yuncheng salt lake brine. The culture solution is saturated brine and reclaimed water in the Yuncheng salt lake, and the saturated brine and fresh water are required to be filtered by a 200-mesh screen. The molar ratio of sodium ions to magnesium ions in the saturated brine is (0.5-1.5): 1.0. The pH range of the culture solution is 7.0-9.0, and the salinity of the culture solution is 8-10 oBe/.
