The invention discloses a control method and device of a dual-motor vehicle and electronic equipment. The method comprises the steps that on the basis of vehicle parameters and driving parameters which are obtained in advance, the vehicle acceleration, the road adhesion coefficient and the road slope are calculated, the driving parameters at least comprise the steering wheel rotation angle and the accelerator pedal opening degree, and the vehicle parameters at least comprise the current vehicle speed; calculating a driving stability factor based on the vehicle acceleration, the road adhesion coefficient, the steering wheel angle and the current vehicle speed; determining a target working mode based on the driving stability factor, the accelerator pedal opening degree, the current vehicle speed, the road slope and a control mode selected by a driver; and calculating a torque distribution parameter according to the target working mode and the vehicle state of the driving vehicle. The technical problem that the
