Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of medicine, in particular to application of TMEM100 in regulation and control of lung cancer 5-fluorouracil drug resistance. Experiments prove that expression of TMEM100 in lung cancer drug-resistant cell strains is reduced; tMEM100 overexpression inhibits the activity of lung cancer drug-resistant cell strains and enhances the sensitivity of cells to 5-FU; the TMEM100 overexpression reduces the proliferation of lung cancer drug-resistant cell strains, and enhances the sensitivity of cells to 5-FU; the overexpression of TMEM100 promotes the apoptosis of lung cancer drug-resistant cell strains, and enhances the sensitivity of cells to 5-FU.
