Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an application of glycyrrhizin in improvement of prostatic cancer. Wherein the glycyrrhizin can improve the prostatic cancer by promoting the apoptosis of drug-resistant cells for chemotherapy of the prostatic cancer; furthermore, the glycyrrhizin promotes the apoptosis of drug-resistant cells for chemotherapy of the prostatic cancer by inhibiting the expression of ABCB1, so that the prostatic cancer is improved; furthermore, the glycyrrhizin promotes the apoptosis of drug-resistant cells for prostate chemotherapy by inhibiting the expression of an ABCB1 transporter, so that the prostate cancer is improved; furthermore, the glycyrrhizin inhibits the expression of an ABCB1 transporter through a PI3K/AKT/NF-kappa B signal channel so as to promote the apoptosis of drug-resistant cells for chemotherapy of the prostatic cancer, thereby improving the prostatic cancer.
