Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a lipid composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The lipid composition is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 35 to 95 percent of olive oil-based diglyceride and 5 to 65 percent of olive oil-based triglyceride.
