Zusammenfassung:	A method of selecting a bacteriophage formulation is described wherein the method comprises storing bacterial infection/contamination data at one or more treatment sites in a spatio-temporal infection database, the database comprising at least one of the following data fields: (1) clinical indications, (2) bacterial identification, (3) clinical effects, (4) bacteriophage resistance status, (5) a bacteriophage resistance status, and (6) a bacteriophage resistance status.
