Flame retardant pressure sensitive adhesive

The invention discloses a pressure sensitive adhesive and an adhesive tape having flame retardant properties. The pressure sensitive adhesive and the adhesive tape include a base layer and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer disposed on the base layer. The pressure sensitive adhesive is a UV cured composition of a curable composition. The curable composition includes a polymerizable (meth) acrylate-based mixture, a polymerizable aromatic (meth) acrylate oligomer, a liquid flame retardant, and at least one UV initiator.
