The optimization method comprises the following steps: establishing a strength analysis grid model of the arc-shaped tenon structure; creating a control body associated with the strength analysis grid model, wherein the control body can change along with the change of the geometric parameters of the arc-shaped tenon structure; associating grid node coordinates of the strength analysis grid model with the control volume so that the strength analysis grid model can change along with the change of the control volume; and by taking the geometric parameters as design variables and the maximum stress of the arc-shaped tenon structure as an optimization target, optimizing the strength analysis grid model in combination with a test design method and an agent model, so that the maximum stress value in the arc-shaped tenon structure is reduced.
