A remote driving device for remotely operating a vehicle is provided with a remote operator, a reaction force unit, a receiver, and a processor. The remote operator is operated by an operator and is used for remote operation of the vehicle. The reaction force unit is configured to generate an operation reaction force applied to the remote operator. The receiver is configured to receive a parameter from the vehicle that affects a vehicle characteristic of the vehicle.
