Cell culture media supplemented with taurine and methods of use

The present invention relates to a method for culturing eukaryotic cells expressing dup lumab, and to a method for producing dup lumab. The present specification describes compositions comprising an improved eukaryotic cell culture medium that can be used to produce a protein of interest. Taurine may be added to serum-free media or chemically defined media to increase the yield of proteins of interest.
