Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a micro-fluidic system-based precise liver slice culture model for evaluating the hepatotoxicity of traditional Chinese medicines, and relates to the technical field of biology. The construction method of the model is based on the establishment of a microfluidic culture system, and the microfluidic culture comprises the following steps: pretreating the bottom surface of a PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) membrane through adhesion protein, inoculating HUVECs cells, after 12 hours, inoculating a precise liver slice on the PET membrane, starting a micro peristaltic pump, culturing for 12 hours, performing perfusion by taking traditional Chinese medicine extracts with different concentrations as circulating liquid, and collecting the HUVECs cells. Meanwhile, a culture solution containing the traditional Chinese medicine extract is added into a chip culture chamber, culture continues to be conducted for 24 h, then supernatant of the culture solution is taken to detect the liver injury marke
