Zusammenfassung:The embodiment of the invention provides an in-situ bioremediation method for combined treatment of an aeration zone and a saturated zone, which comprises the following steps of: after simultaneously injecting an aerobic biological agent and a nutritional additive into remediation wells of the aeration zone and the saturated zone, injecting mixed gas of aerobic gas and matrix gas required by microorganisms into the remediation wells of the saturated zone; and part of the injected mixed gas enters the aeration zone from the saturated zone, so that the mixed gas is utilized by the aerobic biological bacteria injected into the aeration zone.
