Regenerative stent type filler as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention relates to a regenerated stent type filler and a preparation method and application thereof, the filler is prepared from polymer microfiber particles and auxiliary materials, and the mass ratio of the polymer microfiber particles to the auxiliary materials is (0.1-2): (0.2-1), the polymer microfiber particle raw material is selected from one or a copolymer of more than two of polylactic acid, polycaprolactone, polyethylene glycol, polyglycolic acid, poly (p-dioxanone) and poly (trimethylene carbonate), and the auxiliary material is prepared from at least one of a suspending agent and an excipient. The polymer microfiber particles are prepared through electrostatic spinning or melt spinning or solution spinning and a liquid nitrogen freezing and grinding method. The filling agent has the advantages that experimental results show that the effective components of the filling agent have fibrous network microstructures, and compared with microsphere morphology, the microfiber network can promote cell
