Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a transparent electrode substrate for a solar cell, in which the transparent electrode substrate comprises a glass substrate and a transparent conductive film, the transparent conductive film is composed of a surface layer and a conductive layer located on the glass substrate side, and the surface layer has an average chlorine concentration of 0.025 wt% or less.
