Zusammenfassung: | Systems and methods for patient monitoring and repositioning are provided. The system includes a mattress having an array of cells and an array of substrates for receiving the array of cells. The array of cells includes a plurality of cells that are individually adjustable in height, each cell having a sensor surface configured for sensing at least one biomarker of a patient when the patient lies on the mattress. The system also includes a main cell in communication with each cell of the cell array through the substrate array. The master unit is configured to: receive data from each of the units, the received data comprising a measurement of at least one biomarker; and independently controlling the height of each of the units.
