A reference voltage VRef and an output voltage VO pass through a voltage compensator GV to obtain a current reference value IRef; the digital controller obtains an input voltage VIn and an output voltage VO of the converter, predicts a load current by using a load current prediction model in combination with a phase shift angle p output by the current compensator GC, and takes a load current prediction result IO (pre) as a feedback value of the current compensator GC; and the current reference value IRef and the load current prediction result IO (pre) pass through a current compensator GC to obtain a phase shift angle p. And the phase shift angle p is converted into a switching signal for driving a primary side switching tube and a secondary side switching tube through a PWM modulation module, so that the converter is controlled.
