The invention relates to a hybrid power motor three-phase copper bar structure which comprises a copper bar assembly, the copper bar assembly is formed by welding and arranging three soft copper bars and three hard copper bars respectively, the extension ends of the soft copper bars are provided with connecting holes, the extension ends of the hard copper bars are provided with blocking blocks, the front ends of the extension ends of the hard copper bars are provided with threaded inserts in a riveted mode, and the threaded inserts are provided with threaded holes. A threaded insert is arranged on the blocking block, the threaded insert is provided with a blind hole which is recessed inwards, an insulating shell is formed on the portion, welded between the blocking blocks, of the copper bar assembly in an injection molding mode, the insulating shell is provided with an assembling groove for installing a hard copper bar, the assembling groove is provided with an assembling hole, and the threaded insert on the
