Positive and negative sequence current measuring device and method

The invention discloses a positive and negative sequence current measuring device and method. The positive and negative sequence current measuring device comprises a shell. A signal acquisition unit, a signal filtering unit, a measuring unit, a main control unit, an RS485 communication unit and an OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) display unit are fixedly arranged in the shell, the main control unit is respectively connected with the measuring unit, the RS485 communication unit and the OLED display unit, and the signal acquisition unit is connected with the measuring unit through the signal filtering unit. External to-be-measured phase current is connected to the device, and a phase current included angle is obtained through calculation by using power measurement values formed by a voltage channel, a current channel and a multifunctional measurement channel corresponding to a single-phase measurement chip of the measurement unit, so that positive-sequence and negative-sequence current calculation is realize
