The core roller forging material adopted by the invention mainly comprises the following components: 0.40-0.44 wt% of C, 0.20-0.30 wt% of Si, 0.60-0.80 wt% of Mn, 0.95-1.25 wt% of Cr, 0.20-0.30 wt% of Mo, less than or equal to 0.015 wt% of P, less than or equal to 0.008 wt% of S, less than or equal to 0.05 wt% of Cu, less than or equal to 0.008 wt% of Ti, less than or equal to 0.01 wt% of V, less than or equal to 0.20 wt% of Ni, 0.020-0.040 wt% of Al, less than or equal to 0.0080 wt% of N, less than or equal to 18ppm wt% of [O] and less than or equal to 2ppm wt% of [H].
