Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for cultivating apoaequrin transgenic tomatoes and application of the method, and the method comprises the following steps: (1) constructing an apoaequrin transgenic tomato recombinant expression vector which comprises an apoaequrin coding gene (AQ), a 35S promoter sequence and a kanamycin resistance gene sequence; (2) transforming tomato Micro-Tom by using the recombinant expression vector to obtain an F0 generation; (3) carrying out selfing on the generation F0 to obtain a generation F1, preliminarily screening a resistant strain, and carrying out PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) screening on a positive strain by adopting an AQ fragment as a primer; and (4) carrying out selfing on the positive F1 plant to obtain an F2 generation transgenic tomato plant capable of expressing apoaequrin.
