Agarose is added in the process of synthesizing magnetic nano-particles through a chemical precipitation method, core-shell structure magnetic nano-particles coated with agarose are synthesized through a one-step method, epoxy chloropropane and iminodiacetic acid are sequentially grafted on agarose shells of the nano-particles, copper ions are complexed, and the copper ion complexed core-shell structure magnetic nano-particles are prepared.
